Executive Team
Joachim Kim, President
Joachim has nearly thirty years professional experience in the advanced technology industry. He has a BA from Columbia University in Computer Science with graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence. Recognized as a leader in software development, Joachim helped develop Citibank's original ATM system with Datasaab Corp. Joachim also worked at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center creating image-processing systems.
Bob Sacco, Chief Operating Officer
Bob began his career in the advertising industry, developing campaigns for Coca-Cola, Miller Beer, ESPN and Nabisco. He started a golf company that was purchased by legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, and was subsequently appointed company spokesman and VP of Marketing for Nicklaus Golf. Bob joined ShadowTV as CMO in 1999, and helped launch the first digital news monitoring service. He left ShadowTV in 2004 for Johnson & Johnson, but returned to ShadowTV in 2009.
Carl Rischar, VP Technology
Carl has twenty years professional experience in software development. He has a Bachelors of Science from Denison University majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. Carl has developed software for companies such as Prodigy Services Company, Mecca Software, Polo Ralph Lauren, Telecomputing and CBS Sportline.com.
Zhi Shen, VP Development
Zhi has fourteen years professional experience in software development. He has a Bachelors of Science from University of Rochester majoring in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science from Monmouth University majoring in Software Engineering. Zhi has developed software for the Department of Defense at CECOM. He joined ShadowTV in 2000.
